Aimed at IT decision makers, Inventory4000 and Track4000 provide professionals with a facility to record both fixed and portable items, enabling extensive, detailed information to be saved against each record. Portable assets can be recorded using the latest pocket PC technology allowing moved, missing and new items to be updated on the system.
Inventory4000 provides a central database in which detailed information on all non-capital items and their associated consumables stock can be held, including items that require management and tracking but fall below an organisation's capitalisation threshold or are not classified as fixed assets.
Track4000 provides a cost effective solution for carrying out physical audits using barcodes and the leading technology in portable scanners. At the heart of Track4000 lies a powerful, centralised database which provides controlled access for all parties that require it, thus preventing discrepancies that may otherwise arise between departments. A single audit is able to cover multiple locations and thousands of items. A fully-fledged application, it affords immediate savings both in the time spent and cost associated with the process, making more frequent audits a viable proposition. This in turn promotes a far more efficient use of resources and capacitates the effective management of assets.
Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags, RFID4000 enables users to
reconcile an entire area of fixed assets at once, immediately saving time, reducing
effort and improving traceability.
Workflow4000 is a Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tool that can be layered over any of the Series4000 modules which issues email and report alerts or takes action when user-specified data relationship situations occur.
