Mobile Handheld Maintenance

A mobile handheld maintenance tool designed for any type of engineer with the aim of providing organisations with a truly paperless solution. Using either a batch update or real time wireless connection, the system allows engineers to view up-to-date work orders and stock information remotely, regardless of location.

Work orders can be viewed on the latest in portable, handheld technology and listed by location, asset, priority, status or date. Any associated documentation, files, images or instruction/safety manuals can also be viewed and read directly from the handheld. The system ensures that engineers are no longer required to scribble information onto paper printouts of work orders and then manually add the same data into a system. Instead, information can be fed directly into a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring both effective resource utilisation and increased time-savings.
