helpdesk cases. The system allows calls
to be logged from any remote location
using a web browser, enabling users to
report software or maintenance issues
with ease. Users can then opt to
receive case updates regarding the
status and escalation of a logged call
by email, and are also able to access
details of their case by logging into
the application.
