MicroTAG is best known for MicroDots, a uniquely coded property marker invisible to the naked eye, suspended in an Ultra Violet resin that can be applied to virtually any surface enabling police to identify the rightful owner of property.

Using state-of-the-art laser marking and cutting applications, MicroTAG has been able to develop one of the most practical and efficient LMT applications in the UK capable of adding a security mark to just about any piece of IT equipment.

Laser marks, such as logos, bar-codes or other unique identifying marks can be added to portable assets such as personal computers, Blackberries, pocket PC’s, mobile phones and laptops, as well as fixed assets that are already located in situ, such as file servers, printers, photocopiers and televisions. Removal is virtually impossible without dramatically reducing the value of the marked item.
