Jan 30 2015

With the Housing sector facing the added complexity and increased volumes of data that FRS 102 is set to bring, Real Asset Management's fixed asset software and services are providing the confidence and peace of mind when complying with the latest regulations.

With over 180 housing associations utilising the Series4000 range of fixed asset solutions, RAM has gained an in-depth knowledge of the issues and challenges facing this sector and has developed the relevant industry specific functionality to meet them.

The Housing Innovation Awards is now in its fourth year and I am pleased to announce that RAM has been nominated again this year by our customers and shortlisted in the ‘Most Innovative IT System’ category. The awards are about celebrating a pioneering spirit and highlighting examples of inventive and original schemes, services and products that have demonstrated success and innovation throughout the last 12 months. The winners will be decided by an independent panel of industry experts.

There are many categories including: Most Innovative Training Programme, Most Innovative use of Community Engagement, Most Innovative Supported/Sheltered Housing Scheme and Most Innovative use of Renewable Technology. It is great to see such a variety of people, services and products getting recognition for their achievements.

Attaining the shortlist status in itself is a great achievement and will further reinforce our efforts in positioning RAM as the leading provider within this sector.

The Awards take place on February 18th 2015 when the winner will be announced.
