Despite their smaller scale, many housing associations have reasonably high volumes of asset records to manage under Component Accounting. They often have very limited resources at their disposal to take on the vast amount of additional work that is generated by using either spreadsheets or less feature-rich, legacy asset registers. We are keen to be able to offer these organisations a system that has all the functionality required and is also efficient, effective and flexible at a more affordable level. This is something that Series4000 On-Demand enables us to do.
The new licence option offers a more affordable way of using RAM’s Component Accounting solution, Asset4000. Available on a monthly subscription basis, smaller HAs can take advantage of having a robust and proven system for a lower initial capital outlay.
The tailored system will be offered as either of the following options to ensure flexibility:
- An on-premise solution
- This solution will allow installation of the system on a local network.
- A hosted solution
- This solution will provide a Cloud-based system hosted by RAM.
We are looking forward to working closely with our customers and helping them to increase efficiencies within their businesses, offering them the same benefits that over 150 Housing Associations in the UK are already realising with our solutions.
